Our Solution
We designed and deployed a fully automated lead generation and qualification system built on Pipedrive and ManyChat, tailored to ZEEKR's dealership structure. The system: Qualifies each lead in real time using conversational AI, identifies intent, budget signals, and product interest, routes prospects to the right sales rep at the appropriate dealership, answers frequent questions automatically, reducing sales team distraction, and syncs and tags every lead inside Pipedrive for structured follow-up and reporting. This created a scalable digital sales model that accelerated in-store visits while keeping dealership teams focused on high-intent prospects.
